A week ahead, each round’s visits go on their day in the best driving order, with every appointment timed around the drive.
Book Everyone in One Tap
Text each client their time from your number, or email the ones who’d rather not text. Confirmations and replies land on each visit.
Your client list is kept. Change a phone number once and every future visit uses it.

Lawn Care & Snow Removal
A round for each day of the week, weekly or every 2 weeks. Pause a round for the off-season and switch to Standby at $5 a month between seasons.
Mobile Foot-Care Nurses
Clients on 6 to 8 week cycles, at home or in seniors’ residences. Friendly reminders by text or email, and your mileage logged for tax time.
Mobile Senior Services
Hairdressers, esthetics and massage who visit seniors. Bring each residence back on its own schedule and tell everyone if you’re running late.

Questions
Can I have rounds on different days?
Yes. Make as many rounds as you like: Tuesday lawns every week, Thursday properties every 2 weeks, a seniors’ residence every 6 weeks. Each comes back on its own weekday.
What if a client skips a visit?
Take that visit off the day. The round itself carries on, and they’re back on the next one.
Are my clients ever deleted?
No. Clients stay on your list until you remove them. Old days are cleared 14 days after their date for privacy, but the people in your rounds are kept.
Can I keep health notes in RouteWren?
Please don’t. RouteWren is for booking and routing your visits. Keep clinical notes in your charting software, and keep your messages to times and directions.
