Get the inspection on the calendar the day the order lands
Borrowers and tenants who never return calls often answer a text. RouteWren texts each contact their inspection time from your own number, keeps their reply on the order, and routes your inspection days.
No card needed. Every feature on every plan.
Less chasing, faster turn times
Text, don't chase
Send each contact a specific time, or a window like "between 10 and 11", with one tap. No more voicemail loops before you can enter an inspection date.
Every reply on its order
Confirmations, new-time requests and declines are tracked on each stop, with the order number beside them.
Inspection days that make sense
Group nearby orders into one trip, order them by real drive times, and leave room for measuring and photos at each one.
A typical week
Add new orders as they come in: the contact's name, the property address, their phone, and the order number and due date. Once or twice a week, open the Day tab, plan a day, and send every contact their time. Replies come back to RouteWren, and a "yes" is one tap to confirm. If someone can't make it, their time becomes an open spot you can offer to the next-closest order.
On inspection day, open the whole route in Google Maps. Running behind? Running late lets your next contact know your new time.
Texts are for inspections people are expecting, and they say who you are. STOP replies are honoured automatically.
Appraiser questions
Can I keep the AMC or lender order number with each inspection?
Yes. Every stop has an optional reference number, plus a due date and notes. RouteWren doesn't connect to AMC portals, so you'll still enter inspection dates there.
What if a tenant or agent is the contact?
Put the contact person's name and number on the stop. The text goes to whoever needs to let you in.
Which plan suits an appraiser?
One to four inspections a day fits Starter (25 stops a month) or Pro (100). Every plan has every feature. See pricing.
