What counts as a stop
A stop counts once in a month when you put it on a route dated in that month. Adding and importing stops is free, re-ordering or rebuilding a day doesn't count again, and moving a stop to another day in the same month doesn't count it twice. Your count starts again at zero each calendar month.
If you reach your plan's limit, everything you've already planned keeps working: you can still text, confirm and drive those stops. You just can't put new stops on routes that month until you upgrade.
Texting costs are separate
RouteWren doesn't charge per text or mark texts up, and texting is on every plan. How you send texts is up to you:

Test before you buy. Automatic texting depends on httpSMS or Twilio, which we can't control or guarantee. Use your free trial to set it up and send yourself a test text (Settings > Texting) before you pick a plan.
Refer a friend, get a month of Pro
Share your referral link from Settings. When someone signs up with it and makes their first payment, you get one month of Pro: a $50 credit on your next bill if you're subscribed, or 30 days of Pro free if you're not.
Built for appointments, not marketing
RouteWren texts people about visits you have with them. It isn't for sales leads, cold outreach or promotions, and it has safeguards built in: appointment details in every template, STOP replies honoured automatically, overnight quiet hours and daily limits.
Billing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You only add a card when you pick a plan. If you don't, nothing is charged and your data stays viewable.
How do I cancel?
Settings > Manage billing > Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans are paid in advance and aren't refunded for partial months or years, except where the law requires it. That's what the free trial is for. Contact us if something went wrong.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time in Settings > Manage billing. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
