Yes. Paste rows from any spreadsheet or upload a CSV export from your form, CRM or email. RouteWren matches the name, address and phone columns and shows a preview first. Importing the same list again updates people instead of duplicating them.
Some estimates take much longer than others. Can I plan for that?
Yes. Set a usual time on site, set different times by stop number, and give any single job its own time. Breaks like lunch are planned around too.
Who can I text?
People who asked you for a quote, or are otherwise expecting to hear from you. RouteWren isn't for bought lists or advertising. Texts say who you are, and STOP replies are honoured automatically. See our Terms.
Is it a CRM or quoting tool?
No. RouteWren books and routes your estimate visits. Keep using your quoting, CRM or invoicing software for the rest.
Which plan fits?
A few estimates a week fits Starter (25 stops a month). Two to five a day fits Pro (100). Busy season? Unlimited, or the yearly plan. See pricing.
